1. Account


1.1. How do I register for online account?
Please go to the right corner on the home page and click on Login & Register or you can click here on Register and fill the details to open an online account with Buzzing Prices.

1.2. How do I change my password?
To change the password please Login into your online account with www.buzzingprices.com and navigate to My Account and Click on Change your password link.

1.3. How do I reset my forgotten password?
To reset your lost password please click on Forget password link.

1.4. How do I update my details?
To update your personal details please Login to your online account and navigate to Edit your Account Information section.

1.5. Can I have multiple delivery address in my account?
Yes, one can save multiple delivery address in your address book. To add the delivery addresses, please Login and navigate to Modify your Address Book Entries to add or manage delivery addresses.


2. Order


2.1. How do I know my order is gone through?
You will receive order confirmation email once order has been placed. If you cannot find our mail, please check your junk or spam folder in your email account as if have ordered for first time there are chances of getting into spam or junk folder. If you find them into junk folder than add our email address as safe address.


2.2. How do I search for products Online?
Use the search bar on top of the home page to search products using product code or by brand or by product name.

2.3. Can I save my order and complete it later?
Yes, you can leave the products in shopping cart and submit at later once you are ready.

2.4. Can I create or save my shopping list?
Yes, save the items you need to My Wish List while browsing and retrieve the list from My Account Wish list.

2.5. How do I get the VAT invoice?
Customers can download the VAT invoice for the orders from My Accounts section.

2.6. How can I cancel my order?
Once orders processed and shipped cannot be cancelled. However orders in processing status may be cancelled by contacting us via our Contact Form .

2.7. Important information, General Allergy advice and other notices
Please kindly read all the allergy information on grocery products and health & Beauty products before using the product. If you have bought Toys, Candles etc... Please kindly ready the Safety
instructions & Directions to use the product before use.

3. Payment


3.1. What types of payment methods can be used on
www.buzzingprices.com ?
Currently we accept PayPal, Credit or Debit Card (Powered by PayPal) and BACS payments.

3.2. What will happen if my payment gets declined?
If payment has been declined you will be redirected to checkout page, please resubmit the order with another card or with different payment method or option.

3.3. How to use the Voucher Codes online?
Unexpired Voucher code can be used in check out page and click Apply Voucher button and it will get applied to the amounts shown on the checkout page.

3.4. How to use Discount Coupon online?
Unexpired Coupon code can be used in check out page and click Apply Coupon button.

4. Delivery


4.1. What are the available delivery services?
Currently we deliver the orders through carriers like Royalmail, MyHermes and TNT. Mode of carrier depends on the value of the order and region of delivery address.


4.2. How can I track my delivery?
Carrier detail and tracking number will be updated online for processed orders. Customer can track the status of delivery in carrier website using the tracking number provided.

4.3. Can I change the Delivery address after placing an order?
Delivery address cannot be amended for orders which are processed and shipped. To amend delivery address for recent orders contact us immediately via our Contact Form .


4.4. Can I choose the delivery date & time?
No, currently we do not have option to for customers to choose delivery date and time.

4.5. What would be the delivery cost for my order?
Delivery charge for the order is based the value of the order and location of delivery. Delivery estimate will be shown at the checkout page after entering the delivery address.

5. Offers & Promotions


5.1. My voucher has expired, can I still use them?
No, expired vouchers will be automatically disabled from the system. For further information please contact us via our Contact Form .

5.2. I’ve lost my voucher, can it be replaced?
Most cases lost voucher cannot be replaced, however if the voucher was sent by email customer can use the voucher code until the expiry date.


6. Returns & Refund


6.1. Can I return an item?
Yes, when you change your mind you can return the items with peace in 14 days of receipt. The products should be returned in unused original packing condition. In order to return products Login to your account and navigate to Order History and view the specific order and choose the items to return or please raise a return request though our Returns Form . This will not affect customer’s statuary rights.

6.2. How can I return damaged or incorrect item?
Customers can notify and return their delivered items within 14 days of delivery, when they are damaged or Incorrect item delivered. In order to return products Login to your account and navigate to Order History and view the specific order and choose the items to return or please raise a return request though our Returns Form . This will not affect customer’s statuary

6.3. Which Products cannot be returned?
Item that are opened or which are used cannot be returned, all the items has to be returned in unopened and original packing condition with in 14days of receipt. This will not affect customer’s statuary rights.
