Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just surf our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Currently our acceptable payment methods and payment terms can be found in our Price & Payments Section below. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please kindly note that this does confirms that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to our acceptance policy, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming that the products have been dispatched (confirmation of order dispatch). The contract will only be formed between us when dispatch confirmation is been sent to you.

The contract will only relate to those products which are confirmed in dispatch confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until dispatch of remaining products has been confirmed in a separate dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to amend and reject any orders before despatch.

Price & Payments

The price of all the products quoted on our website, except in case of obvious error. All the Prices and delivery charges are displayed including vat.

The product prices are billed includes vat, but excludes delivery cost excluding vat which will be added to the total amount at the checkout. For further information on delivery charges please refer to the Delivery & Availability section of Terms & Conditions.

Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change anytime without any prior notice. As our site contains lot of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you that we are rejecting it.

We are not under any obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a dispatch confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a miss-pricing.

Currently we accept payments through PayPal, Debit and Credit Cards (Powered by PayPal Payments) and Bank Transfer (BACS).

Through PayPal you can use Visa (Debit or Credit), Visa Electron, MasterCard (debit and Credit), Maestro and Amex. If you wish to pay through PayPal there is no compulsion of you having PayPal account in order to use our website to buy products. The people who do not have PayPal account can still checkout through PayPal as a guest and pay by all the major Debit or Credit cards like Visa, Master, and Amex etc.,

Being a seller you do not supply us with your card details while paying for the order. Your card details are safe as at the time of checkout as you are transferred to PayPal checkout page on their website.

Delivery & Availability

Your order will be fulfilled within a reasonable time of the date of the dispatch confirmation, unless there is an exceptional circumstance. We will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, traffic delays or delivery vehicle breaks down etc.,

The deliveries that require signature must be signed by adult aged 18 years or older as some of our carrier could requires signature upon receipt. If there is nobody at home during the week please kindly supply us with the alternative address example - neighbours or office address while placing the order.

In circumstances, we or partners delivering on our behalf try attempting the delivery to the given delivery address and nobody is present to receive the goods and if they have to return to redeliver the goods you may incur extra delivery charge if the original delivery was completed within the time frame.

Please ensure that you or any person signing for delivery on your behalf has to check the delivery thoroughly. If you discover that any goods are missing or damaged, you should notify us immediately in writing or on our contact us page and only sign for the number of parcels you have received and not for missing parcels. In the situation of damage you should sign them as damage.

Cancellation Rights & Right to Return Goods

You may return new, unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damage/defective item, etc.) you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks once we receive your item back from the carrier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return. Once we process the refund it might takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days). If you need to return an item, simply fill up the Returns form or initiate the returns through Order Page. Once we receive your request we'll notify you via e-mail how and when you can return the item. We will refund the money within 30 days depending upon the condition of the item of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. All refunds will be paid through the same mode was used to pay for the order.

Please note - no returns would be accepted against refund unless the return request form has been filled completely and you receiving notification with instructions of returning the item from us. Our return policy does not affect consumer statutory rights.

Risk and Title of Goods
